- Application must complete all application fields. Permit process will not begin until The Arkansas and Missouri Railroad receives a completed application and all fees are submitted.
- Additional fees will be requested: Permit Fee, Flagging, Right of Entry
- Permit process turnaround will take a minimum of 30 – 45 days.
- All fees including rush fee are non-refundable.
